Miso Salmon with Rice Noodles

A couple of goals from long ago were to eat more fish, especially salmon and play around with miso. This recipe, given to me by friends, uses both.

Last fall I made some notes about things I wanted to cook. Well, time passed and it became a blueprint for 2024. Here’s an update.
