Someone posted a piece, about carrots in France that are AOC or Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée, and I fell down a rabbit hole to see what that meant.

Lemons are probably not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of AOC or AOP products. Definitely wines, probably cheeses, but lemons?
